Single-stage boosting capability of impedance network (IN) inverters makes this family an attractive choice for DC/AC applications with low input DC voltage. A specific time shoot-through (ST) state is required to achieve the voltage gain. Conventionally ST and zero output vector should be applied simultaneously. This constraint limits modulation index increases stress semiconductor devices, particularly requiring a high factor. In paper, as stage three-level inverter, new modified configuration A-source IN two series outputs proposed connected 10-switches inverter. Besides generating by single IN, inverter able apply active during state. improves gain, index, decreases time. The operation principles are described, steady-state relations derived.
